Conference on Artificial Intelligence in Medical Imaging

SIIM suggests business casual for SIIM-CAIMI26. 

• Meeting registration, less a $75 cancellation fee, is refundable only if submitted in writing to jmontgomery@siim.org on or before October 12, 2026. 
• Refund requests received after October 12, 2026, will only be considered due to the death of a close family member, a positive COVID-19 test, or a medical emergency. Proof may be required with each refund request submitted after October 12 (such as a doctor’s note).  
• SIIM membership fees purchased within a membership/registration bundle are non-refundable and non-transferable.   
• Refunds will be issued back to the original payment type within 14 days.  
• Registration cancellations will not automatically cancel your hotel reservation. Hotel cancellation is the responsibility of the individual.  

Registration confirmations are auto generated and sent to the email address provided during the registration process. If you have not received an email confirmation, contact SIIM at 703-723-0432 ext. 309 or jmontgomery@siim.org.  

Registrants unable to attend may send a substitute. If the substitute is not a member, the non-member fee will be required. Substitutions must be made in writing to jmontgomery@siim.org. The substitute must pay any difference in the registration rate based on membership status. If the substitution takes place on-site, the substitute must bring a letter on organizational letterhead verifying the substitution. 

All badges will be available for pickup at the Registration Area located in the Commons Area at the Smilow Center for Translational Research. Attendees must wear badges at all times during the meeting to gain access to meeting sessions and activities.  

By registering for this meeting, you agree to allow SIIM and/or its affiliates to use your image and likeness, including photographs, videos, and all media formats, captured at public or official activities for the purpose of marketing, publicity, promotions, member services, and training activities for SIIM.

All participants during SIIM-CAIMI26 are expected to comply with this Code of Conduct Policy at all events and activities, including social events. This includes but is not limited to: SIIM Staff, Sponsors, Speakers, Attendees, Guests, and anyone affiliated with the event. 

SIIM has zero tolerance for any form of discrimination or harassment, including but not limited to sexual harassment by participants or our staff at our meetings. Sexual language and imagery are not appropriate for any conference venue, including talks. SIIM-CAIMI26 participants violating these rules may be sanctioned or expelled from the conference without a refund at the discretion of the conference organizers. 

Unacceptable Behavior is defined as:

• Harassment, intimidation, or discrimination in any form. 
• Offensive verbal abuse of any attendee, speaker, volunteer, vendor/sponsor, SIIM staff member, service provider, or other meeting guest. 
• Examples of verbal abuse include, but are not limited to, verbal comments related to gender, sexual orientation, disability, physical appearance, body size, race, religion, national origin, inappropriate use of nudity and/or sexual images in public spaces or in presentations. 
• Inappropriate physical contact, unwelcome sexual attention, threatening or stalking any attendee, speaker, volunteer, vendor/sponsor, SIIM staff member, service provider, or other meeting guest. 
• Disruption of presentations or at other events organized by SIIM throughout the meeting. 
• If a participant engages in harassing behavior, the conference organizers may take any action they deem appropriate, including warning the offender or expulsion from the conference with no refund. If you are being harassed, notice that someone else is being harassed, or have any other concerns, please contact a member of the conference staff immediately.

• I agree not to copy or permit to be copied, in any form or format, without the express written permission of SIIM, any of the contents of the SIIM-CAIMI26 attendee roster. I also agree not to use the roster contents for any commercial, marketing, promotional, or political purposes.  
• I understand that I am prohibited from recording any education session content unless I have obtained written permission in advance from SIIM. 
• You are providing permission to receive emails and mailings related to SIIM-CAIMI26. If you wish to opt out of receiving any of these materials, you may do so by emailing jmontgomery@siim.org  
• Conference Badge swapping or sharing is not permitted.
