My SIIM Account FAQs
SIIM members, past members, and guest account holders now have a My SIIM Account.
Given this is a new system, the first time you Log In, all members, past members and guest account holders will need to reset your password by clicking the Forgot Password link. Once you are logged in with the new password, update your account profile by clicking Edit My Profile in the left side menu.
New account holders, on the Log In page, select “Don’t have an account?” to create one.
Members – Absolutely! You will have access to exclusive content, discounts, and the ability to self-manage your profile.
Non-Members/Guests – Absolutely! If you would like to register for a SIIM event or purchase a SIIM product, you will create a Guest account to manage your registration, access your continuing education (CE), and view your orders.
You will be able to see/edit your profile, renew your membership, purchase events, access learning & events, CE, donation history, awards nominations, committees, SIIMchat (digital community), Member Directory (members only), and more!
Access your My SIIM Account and click on Edit Profile found in the menu in the left side menu. Update your contact information, degree(s), credit types desired and more. SIIM’s new member platform allows for a more dynamic experience. Having up to date information in your account will enhance that experience!
SIIM Learning FAQs
If your credits/certificates aren’t populating in your My SIIM Account transcript, you may need to update your eligible credit types. Log into your My SIIM Account and choose Edit My Profile from the navigation on the left. Scroll down the page to the CE & Certification Information section, and select your eligible credit type(s), then click Save at the bottom of the screen.
All historical enrollments, credits, and certificates should be available in your My SIIm Account at this time. Contact us at email@example.com if anything is missing.
To view previous enrollments, you can either log into your My SIIM Account and click on My Learning on the menu to the left of the screen or you can navigate directly to SIIM Learning. Here you can view and access any courses, training, or webinars you’ve previously registered for or completed.
To view credits and certificates, log in to your My SIIM Account and click My Credits/Transcript on the menu to the left of the screen. Here you may view, download, and print any credits and certificates you’ve previously earned through SIIM or SIIM Training.
Unfortunately, we were not able to retain “in progress” status for any courses on SIIM or SIIM Training. However, your registrations are still valid and should appear in your account. To view previous enrollments, you can either log into your My SIIM Account and click on My Learning on the menu to the left of the screen or you can navigate directly to SIIM Learning. Here you can view and access any courses, training, or webinars you’ve previously registered for or completed.
You can view new programs the Learning & Events drop-down menu at the top of the screen, then navigating to either the Events Calendar, SIIM Training Catalogs, or list of Webinars.
Once you find the program you’re interested in, click the title to view the program landing page. To register, click the Register button either under the program title or on the bottom of the menu on the right side of the screen.
