Complete the SIIM24 Exhibit Booth + Sponsor Application, and pay all fees associated with exhibiting at the annual meeting.

- One (1) complimentary booth personnel registration badge for a recruiter from your institution
- SIIM will provide the following for this area: carpet, table, and 2 chairs; you will be responsible for ordering internet, electrical and any AV equipment you may need

Recruiters Hub Guidelines
- Exhibitors will be permitted to enter the exhibit hall 2 hours prior to the time the exhibit hall opens and are permitted to stay in the exhibit hall 2 hours after it closes. Please note exhibitors do not have 24/7 access to the exhibit hall.
- Internet and electrical are the responsibility of the exhibitor.
- All the expenses related to participation at SIIM24 are the responsibility of the exhibitor.
- Recruiters Hub exhibitors must adhere to the official SIIM24 Exhibit Rules + Regulations.
