This on-demand course aims to provide students with a basic understanding of the hardware and software components involved in healthcare IT information systems.   • Identify and describe the major hardware components and peripherals involved in healthcare IT information systems, including CPU, memory, disk technology, IP/MAC addresses, and peripheral interfaces.

  • Demonstrate the ability to perform basic hardware and software maintenance and upgrades, including troubleshooting and resolving common issues.
