We are starting a new series focusing on the vendor community. Vendors are like a black box to many on the provider side, so we are interviewing leaders within the vendor community to demystify what goes on inside their walls.

In this episode, we host Matthieu Ferrant (Global Director of R&D at Agfa HealthCare), Katie Puhala (Product Manager at Ambra Health) and Raghu Vemula (VP Engineering at Nuance Communications) to talk about R&D and other internal processes, attempting to explain what it takes (behind the scenes) to fix a bug or implement a new feature and why it may seem to take longer than it should.
