Take the stage at SIIM25!

The Call for Session Proposals is Now Closed

Present at SIIM25

Imaging Informatics Professionals of all levels gather at the SIIM Annual Meeting to engage, learn, and network while discovering the latest advancements in medical imaging. This year, the Annual Meeting would like to source more than 50% of the program through submissions from imaging informatics professionals like you.

The Program Committee invites you to play a crucial role in shaping the thought-provoking programming for SIIM25. This year will be a Rapid Submission and Review Process; we encourage you to submit session proposals for our SIIM25 Annual Meeting by Friday, August 2, 11:59 PM PT.

Submission Details

We require all materials to be original and not previously published. The submitted and accepted abstract is what will get published – no changes to the abstract after its acceptance are allowed. Submissions that are substantially similar to versions that have been accepted or submitted in parallel to other conferences with proceedings are not allowed.

Use this Quick Reference Snapshot to help you gather all the information you need to submit. Submitters can save their submission and come back later.
