About the AI Tools/Research Subcommittee

The AI Tools/Research subcommittee is a crucial part of the SIIM AI Committee charged with accomplishing Strategic Goal 2: Advancing Translational/Reproducible Research and promoting standards. SIIM strives to be the leading source for imaging informatics knowledge, bringing together industry and academic leaders to accelerate the application of research from practice to application.

Goals

  • Provide datasets and/or AI models that can be shared via existing SIIM sites.
  • Inform the SIIM Machine Learning Committee of national and international activities abroad that SIIM should be aware of and possibly participate with.
  • Assist in annotation projects.
