In this episode, Arjun, Prasanth, and Jason chat with two guests around the topic of providing patients access to their own health records.

In recent years, it’s become increasingly common for patients to access their health records and today our guests Dr. Teresa Martin-Carreras and Rishi Nayyar share their thoughts on this topic.

We’ll look at an example of a cloud-based technology that has been implemented to help patients and healthcare enterprises ditch the disc and cut down on the reliance of CDs. We also take a look at a project at Penn Medicine that allows patients to view an interpretation of the report in language this can be understood by patients with a non-clinical background.
