SIIM suggests business casual for CMIMI.

• Meeting registration, less a $100 cancellation fee, is refundable only if submitted in writing to shouchins@siim.org on or before September 23, 2024.
• Refund requests received after September 23, 2024, will only be considered due to the death of a close family member, a positive COVID-19 test, or a medical emergency. Proof may be required with each refund request submitted after September 23 (such as a doctor’s note).
• SIIM membership fees purchased within a membership/registration bundle are non-refundable and non-transferable.
• Refunds will be issued back to the original payment type within 14 days.
• Registration cancellations will not automatically cancel your hotel reservation. Hotel cancellation is the responsibility of the individual.

Registration confirmations are auto generated and sent to the email address provided during the registration process. If you have not received an email confirmation, contact SIIM at 703-723-0432 ext. 323 or shouchins@siim.org.

Registrants unable to attend may send a substitute. If the substitute is not a member, the non-member fee will be required. Substitutions must be made in writing to shouchins@siim.org. The substitute must pay any difference in the registration rate based on membership status. If the substitution takes place on-site, the substitute must bring a letter on organizational letterhead verifying the substitution.

All badges will be available for pickup at the Registration Area located at the Turner Building. Attendees must wear badges at all times during the meeting to gain access to meeting sessions and activities.

By registering for this meeting, you agree to allow SIIM and/or its affiliates to use your image and likeness, including photographs, videos, and all media formats, captured at public or official activities for the purpose of marketing, publicity, promotions, member services, and training activities for SIIM.

All participants during CMIMI24 are expected to comply with this Code of Conduct Policy at all events and activities, including social events. This includes but is not limited to: SIIM Staff, Sponsors, Speakers, Attendees, Guests, and anyone affiliated with the event.

SIIM has zero tolerance for any form of discrimination or harassment, including but not limited to sexual harassment by participants or our staff at our meetings. Sexual language and imagery are not appropriate for any conference venue, including talks. CMIMI24 participants violating these rules may be sanctioned or expelled from the conference without a refund at the discretion of the conference organizers.

Unacceptable Behavior is defined as:

• Harassment, intimidation, or discrimination in any form.
• Offensive verbal abuse of any attendee, speaker, volunteer, vendor/sponsor, SIIM staff member, service provider, or other meeting guest.
• Examples of verbal abuse include, but are not limited to, verbal comments related to gender, sexual orientation, disability, physical appearance, body size, race, religion, national origin, inappropriate use of nudity and/or sexual images in public spaces or in presentations.
• Inappropriate physical contact, unwelcome sexual attention, threatening or stalking any attendee, speaker, volunteer, vendor/sponsor, SIIM staff member, service provider, or other meeting guest.
• Disruption of presentations or at other events organized by SIIM throughout the meeting.
• If a participant engages in harassing behavior, the conference organizers may take any action they deem appropriate, including warning the offender or expulsion from the conference with no refund. If you are being harassed, notice that someone else is being harassed, or have any other concerns, please contact a member of the conference staff immediately.

• I agree not to copy or permit to be copied, in any form or format, without the express written permission of SIIM, any of the contents of the CMIMI24 attendee roster. I also agree not to use the roster contents for any commercial, marketing, promotional, or political purposes.
• I understand that I am prohibited from recording any education session content unless I have obtained written permission in advance from SIIM.
• You are providing permission to receive emails and mailings related to CMIMI. If you wish to opt out of receiving any of these materials, you may do so by emailing shouchins@siim.org
• Conference Badge swapping or sharing is not permitted.
