Yes, CMIMI23 will be offered as an in-person only meeting. There will be no virtual component.

SIIM has secured a block of rooms at a special rate of $189 + tax at the Residence Inn Baltimore at The Johns Hopkins Medical Campus, 800 N. Wolfe Street, Baltimore, MD 21205. The hotel is located just one block from the Turner Building (a short walk).

SIIM is committed to providing and maintaining a safe, healthy environment for our attendees, sponsors, and staff while onsite at the Conference for Machine Intelligence in Medical Imaging (CMIMI).

We are closely monitoring communications from the CDC, Johns Hopkins University, and Baltimore City regarding policies and requirements pertaining to COVID-19 and other communicable diseases.

Currently, SIIM is not requiring vaccination verification or masking for CMIMI. SIIM may change, update, or add to these requirements at any time as it deems prudent to best protect the health and safety of attendees and others. Additionally, attendees must comply with relevant policies and requirements as communicated by SIIM.

Yes, you can either Register Online or in-person at the Turner Building on the Johns Hopkins Campus. SIIM offers member and non-member registration rates for CMIMI23, along with an Early Rate through September 15. Students register for Free.

Yes, the registration fee covers two breakfasts, two lunches, a networking reception, and coffee breaks.

No, there is no meeting app for CMIMI. There will be an onsite booklet available at the registration desk.

CMIMI will offer up to 14 hours of ASRT-RT | CAMPEP-MPCEC | SIIM IIP-CIIP.

Attendees who want to claim these credits will have to complete a survey for which a QR code will be provided onsite, as well as sent via email.

Yes, there is a Networking Reception & Posters scheduled for Sunday, October 1, 6:15 – 7:30 PM ET. You do not need a separate ticket for it as it is included in the CMIMI23 registration fee. However, you do need a badge to attend it.

The attire is business casual.

There are no exhibits at CMIMI23, however there are sponsorship opportunities available.
