Featuring perspectives from academia, clinical practice, and industry, the panel will discuss liability, malpractice trends, and the ethical-legal frameworks shaping human-AI interaction in diagnostic workflows. 

Objectives

  • Identify key legal risks and liability considerations associated with implementing AI in radiology practice. 
  • Analyze how hypothetical legal outcomes change based on whether AI was utilized or ignored in clinical decision-making. 
  • Understand the regulatory and corporate legal challenges of AI deployment beyond the FDA clearance process.
