CMIMI will take place on Sunday, October 1 – Monday, October 2, and will be presented as an In-Person ONLY meeting
We encourage all Presenters to review the Program Schedule to familiarize yourself with the meeting

Required Speaker Forms
All Presenters are required to complete the following forms:
PowerPoint Template
All formal presentations are encouraged to be made in PowerPoint 2016 or newer version. All presenters should use the official CMIMI23 PPT Template.

You must disclose any conflicts on a slide at the beginning of your presentation
Presenters may place their institution logos on first and last slides
Presentations must be in 16:9 Ratio
We ask that all presenters use the official CMIMI23 PowerPoint Template
Presentation Upload
SIIM is utilizing Dropbox to collect all Session PowerPoint Presentations. Use the naming convention and Presenter Upload Folder:
Naming Convention: SessionDay_SessionStartTime_LastName (i.e., Oct1_900am_Smith)

Poster Specifications
All posters MUST meet the specifications outlined below:
Suggested Dimensions: All posters will have a 4’ (vertical) x 8’ (horizontal) tackboard to display materials
SIIM will provide push pins on each poster board
Attendees will be able to review the posters at any time during the two days of the meeting, however the Lunch on Oct 1 and Oct 2, as well as the Networking Reception on Oct 1, are specifically noted on the Program Schedule as time for Poster Visits
